We will be glad to make an exchange or give you a refund (credit to your charge card) for any non-personalized items with which you are not completely happy. All items must be returned to Skipping Hippo's within 14 days of the shipping date unworn, unused and in perfect condition. Return shipping must be prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped.

You will be charged shipping to send the new item back to you. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is not refundable. You will promptly receive a refund (credit to your charge card) upon our receipt of the returned items.
